As this is a charity event, we’re unable to offer refunds. However, you can defer your entry to next year if needed.

You can add a team to your registration by adjusting your details in your Race Roster account, or send us a request via email if you need help.

Yes, tax receipts will be emailed directly from Race Roster for donations of $5 or more. Please note that tax receipts are not provided for registration fees.

Just bring yourself! We’ll look you up by name and race distance.

Yes! The person picking up your race packet should have a text or email from you granting permission. They can pick up a maximum of five packets for others.

Yes, you can check your gear at athlete check-in and bib pick-up on Friday, May 30 from 5 - 7:30 pm, and on race morning from 6:30 - 8 am.

Yes! Aid stations will be available along the course to support you. Check back for details in early January 2025.

Hydration stations will offer water and electrolyte drinks to keep you energized. The 21.1K race will have gels as well.

Yes! Feel free to listen to your music and enjoy the race.

Unfortunately, dogs aren’t allowed in the race for safety reasons.

For everyone’s safety, rollerblades are not permitted on the course.

We have fire, police, and paramedics stationed along the course to assist if needed—hopefully, they’ll just be cheering you on!
VOLUNTEER

Yes! On our website, you will be directed to our online registration, and you can choose between the various roles to sign up for the one (or two) that works best for you.

All of the volunteers will sign in and pick up their Volunteer shirt at the Southampton Coliseum on both Friday, May 30, and Saturday, May 31st, during the Race Kit Pick-up times, which are posted on the website under Schedule of Events.

Depending on what you are volunteering for, your team leader will let you know if you need anything specific.
